I'm experimenting here, by recording myself playing various instruments.

This interview of Cachao took place in the 90's sometime, it came to my hands in a DVD one of my friends took of the interview who I now cannot recall, but here it is. It is in Spanish. I may translate the names of the different rhythms he demonstrates later.

This is from a television program broadcast in Miami in the 90's. I just rediscovered it. In this segment this famous Cuban bassist demonstrates some basic Cuban rhythms.

These are images of my earlier times here in Miami mostly. Earliest few pictures were in Venezuela where I was born, and then Cuba, where I lived till I was 6 yrs old. The music is Jan Garbarek.

We create realities, and they are very interesting and compelling things. Lets focus on the creator of these realities, the being itself. Lets salvage the being and expand his scope as a loving compassionate entity, and the realities he will create will be wonderful realites, which will then allow the being to expand even more and great ever greater realities.

Alternate realites are the set of possibilites, or even destinies available to the individual all the time. Through comfort and familiartiy we settle to only one "beigness" or reality, when in fact we have many to choose from. We can activate some of these other higher energy realites through affirmations and meditation. I welcome your feedback on this.
